Background Info: Isso is a manufacture error android (Thanks Albatross you dumbass). Before Isso could have been finished a sudden blackout hit the Korean J.A.E.C facility. So of course Albatross went there to fix it, especially at the end of the manufacturing process of the androids. But due to her absolute miss input on the console when the electricity came back, she ended up activating Isso by accident. Don't as me how she did, Albatross does things that would physically impossible. Upon activation, Isso immediately disengaged from the rail system went for the exit while missing important components like: protocol chips, synthetic skin and emotion regulators which is very important for new androids.

Within the past few weeks she started to cause trouble around Korea including the North before disappearing completely. Apparently she went rather rogue. There is bounty on her head. She is also hard to track since she is not connected to network at all. But her last appearance was on Chinese cargo ship, but i doubt she gonna be found, at least for now.
