The Phoenix Program, Phoenix Project or simply Phoenix. Is a respawn feature if a J-Droid ends up in a fatal situation which in majority of time their body is not recoverable. So to solve this little problem. The Phoenix Program will take all the memories, personality and android consciousness and puts them in their new body within nanosecond the black box confirms them deceased. However in rare instances the required data might not arrive immediately if the black box is obstructed with special material. The Phoenix has some flaws where last minute memories could go missing due a sudden error in the black box.

 

The Phoenix also extends to humans too. But its a lot more risky since a human brain and consciousness is fragile. Transferring a android brain into a new body is already difficult, but a human brain is a whole another level. Also, the chance of failure is higher too since we had J-Droid Humans that felt like they were not the original consciousness even though all the memories and personality were in the right place. It works but not many people can ascend into a eternal body.
